Subject: [PATCH] Use a pre-determined buildhost in test-suite to avoid DNS
 usage

A misconfigured DNS can cause bogus test-suite failures and hideous
slow-down for no reason of our own. Use a preset, predictable
buildhost name to avoid such issues.
