Subject: [PATCH] util: Avoid possible error in virCommandMassClose
Avoid the chance that sysconf(_SC_OPEN_MAX) returns -1 and thus
would cause virBitmapNew would attempt to allocate a very large
bitmap.
Found by Coverity
