Subject: [PATCH] Fix virDomainChrEquals for spicevmc
virDomainChrSourceDefIsEqual should return 'true' for
identical SPICEVMC chardevs, and those that have no source
specification.
After this change, a failed hotplug no longer leaves a stale
pointer in the domain definition.
