Subject: [PATCH] Do not assert in test_add_acls_for_user()

This is failing on s390x with:

add_acls_for_user(3, 1000): Invalid argument
Assertion 'r >= 0' failed at src/test/test-acl-util.c:46, function test_add_acls_for_user(). Aborting.
