Update directory structure for distribution design models.
- Previously, design models related to distribution were stored in the
tcar-models-dist directory. This directory makes the repository
nonfunctional in its pristine state. This update moves design models
related to distribution from tcar-models-dist directory to
Models/Distribution directory in order to make the repository
functional in its pristine state.
- The COPYING file was removed to avoid duplicate copies of it in
tcar-models-dist branch. The COPYING file must be in the master
branch.
