Update man pages related to automation scripts.
    
    - Previously, the asciidoc file related to hello module
      (tcar-hello.asciidoc) had a wrong title definition which make render
      module to report errors about it at time of producing the associated
      man page. This update changes tcar-hello.asciidoc file to fix the
      title issue.
    
    - Update translation files used for producing man pages in en_US
      locale.
    
    - Previously, the render.conf file used to produce man pages related
      to automation scripts didn't include the correct translation files
      for tcar-prepare.asciidoc. This update changes the render.conf file
      used to produce man pages related to automation scripts to include
      the correct translation file for tcar-prepare.asciidoc file.
