Subject: [PATCH] systemd-python: convert keyword value to string

Allows using journal.send('msg', PRIORITY=journal.LOG_CRIT)

Before this commit this results in

TypeError: cannot concatenate 'str' and 'int' objects

and requires passing PRIORITY value as string to work.
