Subject: [PATCH] Issue 50123 - with_tmpfiles_d is associated with systemd

Bug Description:

Tests fail on 1.3.9 because of the missing tmpfiles_d

in defaults.inf

Fix Description:

Add tmpfiles_d to defaults.inf
