We really wanted to have a dedicated page for CentOS Stream for the redesign and Stream 10 announcement. But we ran out of page, so we directly linked to the Download page instead. I'd still like to do this. We could repurpose centos-stream.md, which used to just be a filter on the downloads, with centos-linux.md filtering the rebuild. Or we could let those pages go away and make a stream.md page. I lean to the latter.
