The CentOS Stream team would like to not only create official CentOS Stream WSL images, but also get them listed in the Microsoft distribution manifest.
Since this is dealing with an outside entity, we felt it would be best if we got official permission from the CentOS Board before we did this.

Do you give us, the CentOS Stream team, permission to have our WSL images listed in the Microsoft distribution manifest?

We realize there are both legal and technical steps to take, but we felt that getting the CentOS Board's approval is step one.
