This is a ticket to track the retirement of the Public CI SIG. The SIG has no FAS alias to email, and has not submitted any quarterly reports. Per the process in issue #122, here are the next steps:
I will email centos-devel announcing the retirement of of the Public CI SIG, and giving the wider community a chance to pick up the work.
If there is no interest, I will contact infra to remove the FAS group and archive any builds.

Fabian says there was never any infra around this SIG. I don't even see a FAS group. So if the board is ok with it, we'll close this ticket and the infra ticket, and declare the SIG retired.
