Relocate files related automation scripts.
    
    - Previously, files related to global functions were stored inside the
      Scripts/ directory. I don't think this extra level of organization
      is required based in the fact that modules aren't using it any more.
      This update, moves files related to global functions from Scripts/
      directory to the root location, just in the same location the
      tcar.sh file is stored in.
    
    - Previously, translation files related to global functions were
      stored inside the Scripts/Locales directory. This update moves
      translation files related to global functions from Scripts/Locales
      directory to Locales/ directory.
    
    - The path information inside tcar.sh script was also updated to
      reflect these path changes.
