Update tcar script translation messages (es_ES).
    
    - Previously, translation messages were organized in per-module basis.
      This organization makes difficult to run tcar automation scripts in
      its pristine state.  This update reunifies translation files back
      into just one file, the tcar.po files which produces the
      LC_MESSAGES/tcar.mo file. This file concentrates translation
      messages for all .sh files under Scripts/ directory.  The
      tcar-*.sh.po files were concatenated into tcar.po to recover the
      translation work already done on them. Once the tcar.po file was
      updated, all tcar-*.sh.po files were removed.
