Update tcar-render command.
    
    - Previously, tcar-render only recognized regular files as
      configuration files. This made tcar-render to fail inside the
      repository's workplace where most configuration files are symbolic
      links to configuration files inside the repository. To prevent
      tcar-render from failing this way, this update changes render.sh to
      recognize symbolic links as configuration files as well.
