Update tcar_printHelp function.
    
    - Previously, tcar_printHelp looked for documentation in separate
      locations, based on the documentation request. There was one location
      for tcar modules and other location for tcar itself. This update
      changes tcar_printHelp to read documentation from a single location,
      which is Scripts/Documentation/Manpages.
