Add brands directory structure
    
    - The brands directory structure provides a Makefile to produce icons,
      pixmaps and logos used in centos-logos package. The CentOS Symbol and
      Logos used here were taken from the CentOS wiki and, as far as I know,
      are considered the official images we need to use in the rebranding
      process of CentOS Linux (and other visual manifestations).
